How does our service work?

You contact us or send photos, and we come back with an exact price
#2 Packing
Every appliance is packed in protective film and purpose-made boxes, so that screens, corners and motors cannot be damaged.
#3 Moving
In our branded trucks the appliances are secured with proper straps. Only a trained crew does this work.
Moving a fridge correctly
A fridge is only ever moved upright. Once it is in place at the new address, the crew will tell you it has to stand for 24 hours before it is switched on, so that the fluids inside settle.
Televisions and monitors
Fragile screens need particular care. We put televisions in their original boxes or in our premium packing materials, so that during an office relocation or a household move scratches are ruled out entirely.
Washing machines and ovens
We fit the transport bolts that hold a washing machine’s drum, and move other large appliances — extractor hoods and ovens included — safely.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. Although moving the appliances is an inseparable part of the apartment moving service, you can call us out for just one appliance, or a few.
Having the factory boxes is ideal, but if you do not have them, the crew packs the appliances safely on the spot, in special protective materials and layers of cardboard.
Our crew safely disconnects appliances from the electricity supply and prepares them for transport. Disconnecting from plumbing or a gas supply may need a tradesman of that particular trade.
The rate is set by crew size and the number of floors. For unusually heavy commercial equipment, the job is done to the safe and heavy item moving specification, and the price is fixed in advance to match
